You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service, including agent configurations and conversation data. Konsier retains ownership of the Service, its underlying technology, and all associated intellectual property.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Konsier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
